    If there’s no delay in your Building Department, it all sounds and looks doable by Thanksgiving…but good luck any way. (I did that too with a shop vac…vacuumed the cobwebs before taking pictures.) If you film the process and can edit it down to a half hour, you might be able to sell it to HGTV as a pilot for one more home renovation series. I like the way you detailed the duct as a light trough!

      thanks – it’s one of the few places where the ceiling is sheet rock and light fixtures can actually be added!
