Exactly where am I again?

Big Bend National State Park storm cloud

Big Bend National State Park in Texas – very remote, very awesome.

I am currently on family vacation down in the remotest of areas – Big Bend National Park in Southwest Texas. Internet connection is terrible at best but I am trying to cope without digital connectivity.

It’s brutal, but necessary for my sanity. I can’t be the only person that needs to “get away from it all” (even though I am not technically getting away from it all by posting this picture.)

At any rate, leave it to me – the architect – to go to an area of the country where there are literally NO BUILDINGS ANYWHERE. That having been said, there is the occasional (and I do mean occasional) desert storm that rolls through.
